  • Try resetting zScaler. zScaler needs to be reset each time you connect to a new WiFi signal. However sometimes it just needs to be cleared out and completed again.

    1. Click zScaler Logout App
    2. You should see a page telling you that you have logged out of your organization.
    3. Go back home.
    4. Click zScaler Login App
    5. Enter your username followed by @rss.k12.nc.us
    6. Enter your student number as your password.
    7. If successful, you should now see the RSS Home Page.
    8. Go home and try to access what you previously attempted.
